...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of east central,
northeast, and southeast Oklahoma, including the following counties,
in east central Oklahoma, Muskogee. In northeast Oklahoma, Craig,
Mayes, Nowata, Okmulgee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK.
In southeast Oklahoma, McIntosh and Pittsburg.

While there will be chances for additional shower and thunderstorm
development this afternoon, widespread coverage of rain is not
anticipated. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being cancelled.

...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
  Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and
  Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties,
  Adair, Cherokee, Choctaw, Delaware, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,
  Ottawa, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Shower and thunderstorm redevelopment this afternoon is
    expected across the watch area. Additional rainfall amounts
    combined with previous rainfall will maintain a flood threat
    through this evening.
    Therefore, the flood watch will now be in effect until 1 am
    Monday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
