.AVIATION...
VFR conditions expected through the period at all sites. However, a
35-4500 ft ceiling has moved into CHA and TYS. Model soundings show
a strong boundary layer inversion (around 850mb) over the region
today. This cloud cover will remain through most of the morning,
especially central/south, then scattered during the afternoon. A
good deal of cirrus/cirru-stratus is expected late today and tonight.

Gusty south to southwest winds will return at TYS and CHA by
this afternoon.
