* WAVES AND SURF...BREAKER HEIGHTS WILL BUILD TO 22 TO 24 FEET
  TONIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING. SURF WILL SUBSIDE
  SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...HEAVY SURF MAY PERIODICALLY INUNDATE JETTIES AND
  PIERS. SNEAKER WAVES ARE ALSO POSSIBLE. COASTAL VISITORS ARE
  URGED TO EXERCISE CAUTION NEAR THE OCEAN. NEVER TURN YOUR BACK
  ON THE SEA.
