  WILL FALL BELOW HAZARDOUS LEVELS ALONG SOUTH FACING REEFS ON
  THURSDAY...BUT REMAIN HAZARDOUS ALONG WEST FACING REEFS.

* EXPECT HAZARDOUS SURF OF 10 TO 14 FEET BY TONIGHT ALONG NORTH
  FACING REEFS FOR TINIAN AND SAIPAN AND HAZARDOUS SURF OF 9 TO 12
  FEET BY THURSDAY ALONG NORTH FACING REEFS FOR GUAM AND ROTA.
  HAZARDOUS SURF OF 9 TO 12 FEET COULD DEVELOP ALONG THE EAST
  FACING REEFS ON THURSDAY.
