AVERAGE. THE WARMEST PERIODS WERE THE 7TH THROUGH THE 9TH...AND
AGAIN ON THE 14TH. IN FACT...TEMPERATURES REACHED THE MID 70S ON THE
14TH. THIS WAS BEFORE A STRONG FRONTAL SYSTEM MOVED THROUGH...WITH
TEMPERATURES DROPPING OVER 50 DEGREES IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. BY THE
NEXT MORNING...THE TEMPERATURE WAS 23 DEGREES.

COLDER THAN AVERAGE TEMPERATURES CONTINUED THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF
THE MONTH...MAKING FEBRUARY THE COLDEST IN OVER THREE DECADES.
PRECIPITATION WAS ABOVE AVERAGE...AND MOSTLY FELL WITHIN THE LAST
HALF OF THE MONTH. SNOWFALL WAS ABOVE AVERAGE AS WELL.
