.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Warm front lifting N across the waters today along which a secondary
low pressure develops along the coast will yield with E gales and an
abundance of rain. Subsequent wind and wave activity, likely
reductions to visibility. Conditions improve during the early
portion of the week as westerly winds prevail, breezy at times.
Greater concern is late week with a progged coastal storm developing
off the Mid-Atlantic, S of New England. Strong NE winds subsequent
during high astro-tides for the beginning of March, coastal flooding
concerns.
