.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL STEADILY DIMINISH THROUGH
THE AFTERNOON AS HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES INTO THE AREA. RAIN WITH
EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON
HOURS WITH RAIN GRADUALLY DIMINISHING BY LATE IN THE DAY FROM WEST
TO EAST. A WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW TONIGHT WILL BECOME
WEAK NORTHEAST TO EAST FLOW ON MONDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES JUST
EAST OF SOUTH TEXAS. ANOTHER STRONG COLD FRONT WILL SLIDE SOUTH ON
TUESDAY BRINGING STRONG NORTHERLY FLOW AND UNSEASONABLY COLD
CONDITIONS TO THE AREA ALONG WITH CHANCES FOR RAIN. RAIN CHANCES
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH FRIDAY DUE TO A DEVELOPING COASTAL TROUGH.
