.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA TODAY. NO RAIN IS
EXPECTED. HOWEVER...STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP IN THE WAKE
OF THE FRONT AND CONTINUE INTO THE AFTERNOON. AS A RESULT...SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORIES ARE IN EFFECT FOR TODAY FOR THE BAYS AND GULF
WATERS. WINDS WILL BECOME MODERATE BY TONIGHT. OFFSHORE FLOW WILL
CONTINUE TO WEAKEN DURING THE DAY ON TUESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE
MOVES INTO THE WESTERN GULF OF MEXICO. FLOW WILL BECOME SOUTHERLY
BY TUESDAY EVENING. A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST
FROM WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
