WEAKEN NEAR OAHU ON FRIDAY. HIGH PRESSURE MOVING EAST ACROSS THE
NORTH PACIFIC WILL KEEP STRONG TRADE WINDS AND ROUGH SEAS GOING
INTO FRIDAY BEFORE CONDITIONS BEGIN TO IMPROVE OVER THE WEEKEND.
