SOUTHEASTERN UNITED STATES BY TOMORROW...AND THEN OFFSHORE SUNDAY.
AS A RESULT...EXPECT WINDS TO FRESHEN ACROSS ALL KEYS WATERS DURING
THE PREDAWN HOURS. WINDS WILL SLACKEN CONSIDERABLY SUNDAY NIGHT AS
LOW PRESSURE OVER SOUTH TEXAS SUNDAY NIGHT AS ANOTHER LOW MOVES INTO
THE EASTERN UNITED STATES.
