THE FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST TEXAS AND THE PANHANDLE
OF TEXAS WILL EXPIRE AT 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON. THUNDERSTORMS
WITH HEAVY RAINFALL HAVE SHIFTED TO THE NORTH OF THE WATCH AREA.
ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN MAY REDEVELOP LATER THIS
AFTERNOON ACROSS THE SOUTH PLAINS AREA...BUT THE FLOODING THREAT
IS EXPECTED TO BE LOCALIZED.
