...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1000 AM CDT FOR
EASTERN MADISON...NORTHEASTERN TENSAS PARISHES IN NORTHEASTERN
LOUISIANA AND WARREN COUNTIES...

AT 841 AM CDT...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN THE
SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF WARREN COUNTY. SEVEN TO TEN INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS OCCURRING.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
VICKSBURG...LE TOURNEAU...YOKENA...AFTON...BOVINA...DELTA AND MOUND.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
WARNED AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND NOW. ACT QUICKLY TO PROTECT YOUR LIFE.

STAY AWAY OR BE SWEPT AWAY. RIVER BANKS AND CULVERTS CAN BECOME
UNSTABLE AND UNSAFE.

TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
