CENTRAL DELAWARE AND EAST CENTRAL CHESTER COUNTIES...

AT 821 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY
RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY
FALLEN IN SOME AREAS WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL OCCURRING WHICH
WILL PRODUCE ANOTHER INCH OR MORE.
