  SOUTH CENTRAL SANDOVAL COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL NEW MEXICO

* UNTIL 900 PM MDT

* AT 703 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN OVER FAR NORTHWEST RIO RANCHO. ATRISCO DRIVE AND
  ARROYO DE LAS CALABACILLAS WILL BE IMPACTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN.
  EXPECT BETWEEN 0.5 TO 0.9 INCHES. THIS AREA HAS RECEIVED
  HEAVY RAIN THE PAST FEW DAYS SO WATER FLOWAGE WILL BE MORE
  LIKELY.

* STRONG FLOWS AND HIGH WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED IN ARROYOS...SMALL
  STREAMS AND OVER LOW WATER CROSSINGS. RAPID RUNOFF CAN ALSO BE
