* AT 1225 PM HST...RADAR INDICATED SLOW MOVING SHOWERS DEVELOPING
  ALONG AND NEAR THE WAIANAE MOUNTAINS ON WEST OAHU. THE HEAVIEST
  SHOWERS ARE BRIEFLY PRODUCING RAIN RATES IN EXCESS OF TWO INCHES
  PER HOUR.

* LOCATIONS IN THE ADVISORY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO...
  KAPOLEI...MAKAKILO...BARBERS POINT...NANAKULI...WAIANAE...
  MOKULEIA...AND WAIALUA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

STAY AWAY FROM STREAMS...DRAINAGE DITCHES AND LOW LYING AREAS PRONE TO
FLOODING.

RAINFALL AND RUNOFF WILL ALSO CAUSE HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS DUE
TO PONDING...REDUCED VISIBILITY AND POOR BRAKING ACTION.
