* UNTIL 830 PM HST

* AT 530 PM HST...RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN FALLING OVER EAST OAHU
  AT RATES UP TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR. THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN IS
  EXPECTED TO SPREAD ACROSS THE ENTIRE ISLAND OVER THE NEXT 1 TO 2
  HOURS.

* LOCATIONS IN THE ADVISORY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO...
  HONOLULU...MAUNAWILI...KAILUA...WAIKANE...MILILANI...WAIALUA...

STAY AWAY FROM STREAMS...DRAINAGE DITCHES AND LOW LYING AREAS PRONE
TO FLOODING.

RAINFALL AND RUNOFF WILL ALSO CAUSE HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS DUE
TO PONDING...REDUCED VISIBILITY AND POOR BRAKING ACTION.

DO NOT CROSS FAST FLOWING OR RISING WATER IN YOUR VEHICLE...OR ON
FOOT. TURN AROUND...DON`T DROWN.
