  The Sandy River near Bull Run.
* from this morning to late tonight or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At 7 AM Sunday the stage was...16.4 feet / 23550 cfs.
* Flood stage is 19.3 feet and flood flow is 42000 cfs.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage around 12 PM
  Sunday and is expected to crest at 20.3 ft around 4 PM Sunday.
* Impact...Above 19.3 feet, expect areas of significant bank erosion
  and some minor flooding over lowlands along the river.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Marys River near Philomath.
* At 7 AM Sunday the stage was...20.4 feet / 5535 cfs.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet and flood flow is 5100 cfs.
* Forecast...This river is cresting at 20.4 ft. This river
  is expected to fall below flood stage around 12 AM Monday and
  continue falling for the next couple days.
* Impact...Above 20.5 ft, expect flooding of some homes in the
  southern part of Corvallis to begin, especially when the Willamette
  is also running high. In south Corvallis, a trailer park and light
  industrial areas,  including Evanite Fiber Plant, begin to flood.
  Flooding may begin in the vicinity of Chapel Drive and Grange Hall
  Road on the south side of Philomath. Problems with the sewers have
  historically begun in Philomath at this and higher stages.

  Sunday. At this time, any rise is expected to remain below flood stage.

* Flood stage is 15.0 feet and flood flow is 56300 cfs.
* No flooding is currently forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise later, reaching levels around 13.4
  ft by 4 PM Sunday. At this time, any rise is expected to remain
  below flood stage.
* Impact...At 13.0 ft, the river is at bankfull level at this point.
  There may be some areas where water is spilling over the banks near
  Jefferson.

  The Luckiamute River near Suver.
* At 5 AM Sunday the stage was...25.8 feet / 6400 cfs.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet and flood flow is 7500 cfs.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage around 9 AM
  Sunday and is expected to crest at 27.8 ft around 4 PM Sunday.
* Impact...Above 27.0 ft, expect flooding of low lying and
  agricultural lands in the vicinity of Sarah Helmick State Park,
  Highway 99W, and Parker Road. Some secondary roads and rural access
  roads may be flooded at this point. Flooding along Buena Vista Rd
  near the confluence with the Willamette is also likely, especially
  if the Willamette is running high.

  The Clackamas River at Estacada.
* At 7 AM Sunday the stage was...19.9 feet / 22680 cfs.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet and flood flow is 23300 cfs.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage around 8:30 AM
  Sunday and is expected to crest at 22.8 ft around 4 PM Sunday.
* Impact...Above 23 ft, expect flooding to begin in the light
  industrial areas near the confluence of the Clackamas and
  Willamette Rivers. A trailer court at Carver is threatened at this
  point. Some access roads are flooded and closed above this level
  from Estacada downstream to Carver.

* Flood stage is 39.0 feet and flood flow is 40000 cfs.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage around 5 PM
  Sunday and is expected to crest at 39.6 ft around 10 PM Sunday.
* Impact...Above 39.0 ft, expect minor flooding of low areas along the
  lower Clackamas River, including Clackamette Park, the Oregon City
  shopping center, and some agricultural land downstream of Carver
  Bridge.
