PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...


Do not drive vehicles through flooded waterways.  Use caution when
walking near flooded riverbanks.  Do not try to wade or swim in
flooded rivers and bayous.

...forecast flooding increased from Minor to moderate severity...
The flood warning continues for
  the Sabine River Near Mineola, Texas.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 815 AM Thursday the stage was 17.8 feet.
* Record flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 14 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 18.1 feet by
  after midnight tomorrow then begin falling.
* Impact...Considerable lowland flooding of boat ramps.  Move
  livestock and equipment to higher ground.
