...CONTINUED LOW DAYTIME MINIMUM RH VALUES...

.DISCUSSION...
SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE EXTENDING FROM NORTHERN ONTARIO
SOUTHEASTWARD ACROSS NORTHERN NEW YORK WILL BRING TRANQUIL AND

THROUGH SATURDAY. CONTINUED LIGHT NORTHERLY WINDS WILL MAINTAIN
SEASONABLY COOL CONDITIONS ACROSS THE NORTH COUNTRY WITH
THURSDAY`S HIGHS IN THE LOW TO MID 50S. LOW DEWPOINTS WILL CONTRIBUTE
TO DAYTIME MINIMUM RH VALUES OF 15 TO 25 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON...SIMILAR
TO OBSERVED VALUES ON WEDNESDAY. TEMPERATURES MODERATE
SOMEWHAT INTO THE UPPER 50S TO AROUND 60 FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
LOW PRESSURE MOVING EAST-NORTHEAST FROM THE OHIO VALLEY TO SOUTH

INTO MONDAY.
