.DISCUSSION...A WEAK LEE-SIDE TROUGH WILL PROMOTE ISOLATED TO
SCATTERED CONVECTION THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING MAINLY IN THE
NORTHERN PORTION OF THE FORECAST AREA. MOISTURE WILL INCREASE FROM
THE ATLANTIC TODAY WHICH WILL KEEP MINIMUM RH VALUES WELL ABOVE
CRITICAL THRESHOLDS AT AROUND 40 TO 50 PERCENT. SURFACE WINDS
WILL BE FROM THE EAST-NORTHEAST LESS THAN 5 MPH AFTER
DAYBREAK...THEN BECOME EAST AROUND 10 MPH FOR THE AFTERNOON.
TRANSPORT WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 10 TO 15 MPH. STRATUS AND FOG
DEVELOPMENT EARLY SUNDAY MORNING IS POSSIBLE.
