HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD IN FROM THE NORTH. ENOUGH LOW LEVEL MOISTURE
WILL REMAIN ACROSS THE REGION FOR ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS TODAY. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY THIS AFTERNOON IN THE 50
TO 60 PERCENT RANGE. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL REMAIN LIGHT. LOWEST MIXING
HEIGHTS WILL BE IN THE PIEDMONT AND NORTH MIDLANDS. POOR DISPERSION
TONIGHT WITH PATCHY FOG POSSIBLE.
