National Weather Service Grand Forks ND
730 AM CDT Sat May 27 2017

...OBSERVED EARLY MORNING HAINES INDICES WERE 3 (VERY LOW) AT
INTERNATIONAL FALLS AND 6 (HIGH) IN BISMARCK AND ABERDEEN...

.DISCUSSION...
Warm today with a west to southwest wind gusting at times to 30
mph in eastern North Dakota and into the 25 mph range in
northwestern and west central Minnesota. Sunshine and high clouds
to start will lead to a quick warm up. Daytime heating combined
with an upper level disturbance moving southeast from Canada will
generate scattered showers and thunderstorms, mainly in the late
afternoon into the evening hours. Relative humidity values will
lower into the mid 20 to low 30 percent range this afternoon.

Sunday and Monday will see much cooler air move in along with
gusty northwest winds. Clouds and scattered showers will occur,
most numerous Red River valley and into Minnesota.

Mid to late next week is looking dry with temperatures a bit below
normal for this time of year.
