NORTHERN PARTS OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND OFF
THE COAST AROUND MIDNIGHT. RAIN IS POSSIBLE BOTH AHEAD OF AND
BEHIND THE FRONT. RAIN MIGHT BE MIXED WITH SOME SLEET ACROSS NORTHERN
PARTS OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS...BUT WITH WARM GROUND IN PLACE DO NOT EXPECT
ANY SIGNIFICANT ACCUMULATIONS. MUCH COLDER AND WINDY CONDITIONS WILL
