UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE. THE HIGHEST AFTERNOON PROBABILITIES WILL BE
FOCUSED OVER COUNTIES TO THE NORTH AND WEST OF THE CITY...EXTENDING
TOWARD THE COAST BY LATE AFTERNOON. A STRONG SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST
TRANSPORT WILL CONTINUE THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING.  PRECIPITATION
