Elevated fire weather conditions Tuesday.

Dry conditions will prevail through Thursday. Northerly winds this afternoon
will continue as high pressure builds over the area tonight. Winds relax
Monday night. A second cold front arrives Tuesday morning and will boost
winds and bring even drier air. Winds should relax Wednesday evening.
