NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HOUSTON/GALVESTON TX
509 AM CDT SUN JUL 13 2014

.DISCUSSION...
HIGH PRESSURE TO THE EAST AND LOW PRESSURE OVER THE WESTERN PLAINS WILL
KEEP A SOUTHERLY FLOW IN PLACE THROUGH THE WEEKEND. LIGHT TO CALM WINDS
WILL BE LIKELY AFTER MIDNIGHT EACH NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE IN THE UPPER
LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE WILL START TO PULL TO THE WEST ON SUNDAY ALLOWING
A WEAKNESS TO APPROACH FROM THE EAST. THIS WILL ALLOW RAIN CHANCES TO BE
ON THE RISE STARTING SUNDAY.
