STRONG SOUTH AND SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP TODAY AHEAD OF A
DRY COLD FRONT. RED FLAG CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED EAST OF THE LOWER
COLORADO RIVER VALLEY WITH GUSTS OF 35-40 MPH AND MINIMUM HUMIDITIES
DIPPING BELOW 10 PERCENT. FURTHER WEST...HUMIDITIES WILL BE HIGHER
AND/OR WINDS LIGHTER. AS COOLER AIR AND HIGHER DEW POINTS FILTER IN
OVERNIGHT...HUMIDITY RECOVERY WILL BE GOOD. WINDS WILL BE LIGHTER AND
