.DISCUSSION...Marine air will give cooler temperatures and good
relative humidity recovery through Wednesday along with night and
morning cloudiness. Warmer and drier conditions are expected Thursday
and Friday as an upper level ridge moves across the area from the
west. Another push of marine air can be expected next weekend for
typical early July conditions.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
