...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

A SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL CONTINUE TO BRING DRY WEATHER WITH SEASONABLE
TEMPERATURES THROUGH THE WEEK. A FEW ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL
REMAIN POSSIBLE THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS OF
MOHAVE COUNTY WITH JUST PASSING HIGH CLOUDS EXPECTED ELSEWHERE.
SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST BREEZES CAN BE EXPECTED EACH AFTERNOON WITH
THURSDAY AND FRIDAY BEING THE WINDIEST DAY.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE NEAR THE WEST COAST WILL BRING COOLING AND
A DEEPER MARINE LAYER THIS WEEK WITH LOCALLY GUSTY WEST WINDS IN
THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS EACH LATE AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE EVENING.
LOWEST DAYTIME HUMIDITIES OF 15 TO 25 PERCENT ON THE DESERT MOUNTAIN
SLOPES WILL COMBINE WITH THE GUSTY WINDS TO INCREASE THE WILDFIRE
POTENTIAL IN THAT AREA. SLOW WARMING WILL RESUME FOR NEXT WEEKEND
ALONG WITH A GRADUALLY SHALLOWER MARINE LAYER.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE ALOFT CENTERED ALONG THE CALIFORNIA COAST
WILL KEEP DRIER AIR IN PLACE OVER SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA AND THE FAR
SOUTHWESTERN ARIZONA DESERTS TODAY INTO TUESDAY. HOWEVER SUFFICIENT
MOISTURE REMAINS ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL ARIZONA TO SUPPORT ISOLATED TO
SCATTERED AFTERNOON AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS BOTH DAYS...WITH BEST
CHANCES OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN EAST OF PHOENIX. MINIMUM RH VALUES
WILL MOSTLY RANGE FROM 15 TO 20 PERCENT OVER THE DESERTS THROUGH
TUESDAY WITH HIGHER AMOUNTS OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN. EXPECT LOCALLY
BREEZY AFTERNOON AND EVENING SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS BOTH DAYS.
