HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE REGION WILL LEAD TO DRY CONDITIONS AND LIGHT
WINDS. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN CLOSE TO NORMAL TODAY AND WEDNESDAY
AND THEN INCREASE TO SEVERAL DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL BY THURSDAY AND
FRIDAY AND REMAIN ABOVE NORMAL THROUGH THE WEEKEND. AN UNSETTLED
WEATHER PATTERN IS SETTING UP FOR NEXT WEEK ALONG WITH THE
POSSIBILITY OF WIDESPREAD RAINFALL BY THE BEGINNING TO MIDDLE PART
OF NEXT WEEK.

SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GREAT BASIN WILL BRING PERIODS OF
STRONG GUSTY SANTA ANA WINDS THROUGH WEDNESDAY...WITH THE STRONGEST
WINDS OCCURRING THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING. DAYTIME HUMIDITIES WILL
FALL BELOW 10 PERCENT WITH POOR OVERNIGHT RECOVERY. LOCALLY GUSTY
EAST WINDS WILL CONTINUE IN THE MOUNTAINS AND VALLEYS OF RIVERSIDE
AND SAN DIEGO COUNTIES ON THANKSGIVING DAY. ONSHORE FLOW WILL RETURN
 FOR FRIDAY THROUGH NEXT WEEKEND...WITH A COOLING TREND AND
INCREASING HUMIDITIES. SIGNIFICANT WETTING PRECIPITATION IS POSSIBLE
 FOR EARLY NEXT WEEK.

HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT NEAR THE WEST COAST WILL PROVIDE A DRY NORTHWEST
FLOW ALOFT INTO ARIZONA AND SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA TODAY THROUGH
WEDNESDAY...FOR SUNNY DAYS AND CLEAR NIGHTS. MINIMUM HUMIDITIES WILL
BE VERY LOW TODAY...MOSTLY IN THE SINGLE DIGITS...WITH A FEW PERCENT
INCREASE WEDNESDAY. FAIR TO GOOD OVERNIGHT RECOVERIES ARE EXPECTED
ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL ARIZONA WITH POORER RECOVERY EXPECTED OVER
SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA. HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL HOVER SLIGHTLY
BELOW SEASONAL NORMALS...THEN RISE OVER 5 DEGREES TO ABOVE NORMAL
LEVELS WEDNESDAY. WINDS WILL BE ON THE LIGHT SIDE EACH DAY.

AND INLAND VALLEYS...AND RED FLAG WARNINGS REMAIN IN EFFECT THROUGH
WEDNESDAY. LIGHTER WINDS ARE EXPECTED IN THE DESERT AREAS. AN
UNSETTLED WEATHER PATTERN IS SETTING UP FOR NEXT WEEK WITH THE
POSSIBILITY OF WIDESPREAD RAINFALL BY THE BEGINNING TO MIDDLE PART
OF NEXT WEEK.
