BURN AREA SEEMS SMALL UNLESS OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES CAN SPARK NEW
DEVELOPMENT. A SIMILAR STORY IS IN STORE FOR SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
DAYTIME HUMIDITIES SHOULD BE SLIGHTLY LOWER THAN YESTERDAY...BUT
