WINDS WILL REMAIN ON THE LIGHT SIDE TONIGHT AS DRAINAGE FLOWS DEVELOP
OUT OF THE MATANUSKA VALLEY. DRY CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL THROUGH
TOMORROW MORNING. A FRONT MOVING TOWARD THE GULF WILL BRING INCREASING
CLOUDS AND A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR AFTERNOON SHOWERS...BUT THESE WILL BE LIGHT
AND SPORADIC OWING TO EFFICIENT DOWNSLOPE FLOW. NORTHEAST WINDS WILL
INCREASE OUT OF THE MATANUSKA VALLEY AND BECOME GUSTIER IN THE AFTERNOON.
