WILL BE A COMBINATION OF TERRAIN INFLUENCES AND NORTHWESTERLY WINDS
ALOFT TODAY. THE TROUGH WILL EXIT TO THE EAST BY EARLY WEDNESDAY...
ALLOWING A CLOSED UPPER LEVEL LOW /CURRENTLY OVER NORTHERN CALIFORNIA/
TO INFLUENCE THE AREA. UPPER LOW WILL BRING CONTINUED CHANCES FOR
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS AND MORE EAST-SOUTHEASTERLY FLOW ALOFT.
TRANSPORT WIND WILL LIKELY REMAIN EAST/SOUTHEAST THROUGH EARLY
FRIDAY...WHEN IT SWITCHES TO SOUTHWEST WITH THE PASSAGE OF THE
UPPER LOW. HOWEVER...THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOW WINDS MAY CAUSE
SHORT-TERM CHANGES TO SPEED AND DIRECTION.
