FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 0900 EDT ON JUNE 29.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE...CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE.

.DISCUSSION...A COLD FRONT HAS MOVED SOUTH OF THE AREA ALLOWING
FOR COOL DRY HIGH PRESSURE TO BUILD INTO THE REGION. CALM TO LIGHT
SURFACE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THIS MORNING UNTIL THE
INVERSION BREAKS BETWEEN 10 AND 11 AM. AT THE SURFACE...WINDS
WILL RANGE FROM 5 TO 10 MPH IN THE CSRA OUT OF THE W/WSW. NO WIND
SHIFT IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL ALSO BE WESTERLY
RANGING FROM 10 TO 15 MPH THIS AFTERNOON. MIXING HEIGHTS IN THE
CSRA WILL NEAR 6000 FT THIS AFTERNOON. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE MIN
RH MAY DROP TO 25 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON...HOWEVER IT APPEARS
UNLIKELY THAT IT WILL DROP BELOW 25 PERCENT. PRECIPITATION IS NOT
EXPECTED TODAY.
