.DISCUSSION...
Low pressure off the Florida East Coast will direct an onshore flow
into the forecast area. Low-level moisture will remain high in this
flow...but the shower chance will be low because of upper ridging.
Surface winds will be mainly northeast or east about 5 mph this
morning...and east or southeast around 10 mph this afternoon.
The minimum relative humidity will be about 42 percent this
afternoon. Expect poor dispersion tonight with fog likely
developing late.
