.DISCUSSION...

A cold day today with temperatures barely reaching 40 degrees.
Winds will gust into the low 20 mph range. Clouds could make
their way close to the burn site this morning, which could lead
to lower than forecasted temperatures and higher RH as well.
Confidence on this occurring is low, but important to keep in
mind.

Winds will increase after sunset today leading to gusts of
30-35 MPH around midnight.

Tomorrow, stronger winds are expected to combine with dead fuels
and low RH and lead to very high GFDI values.

The Grassland Fire Danger Index -GFDI- does not account for
precipitation that occurs or any snow on the ground. Please
make appropriate adjustments.
