DRY HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TODAY. LOW LEVEL MOISTURE WILL
INCREASE ENOUGH WHERE AFTERNOON HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE ABOVE
CRITICAL LEVELS. HOWEVER...ISOLATED AREAS IN THE EAST MAY SEE
HUMIDITY AT 25 PERCENT.

THIS MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON SHOULD BE PARTLY SUNNY WITH
PATCHES OF MID LEVEL CLOUDS AT TIMES. CLOUDS SHOULD BEGIN TO
INCREASE AFTER 3 PM AT THE BURN SITE AND PRECIPITATION CHANCES
WILL INCREASE TOWARD MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. MIN HUMIDITY SHOULD
DROP TO NEAR 25 PERCENT BETWEEN 2 PM AND 5 PM TODAY.
