OF 10 TO 15 MPH WILL CONTINUE. MIN RH VALUES WILL FALL TOWARDS 30
PERCENT WITH MIXING HEIGHTS INCREASING INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS. A
SLIGHT CHANCE FOR VERY LIGHT RAIN WILL INCREASE LATE THIS EVENING
WITH THE BEST CHANCES FOR VERY LIGHT RAIN AFTER MIDNIGHT.
THUNDERSTORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
