NEAR CALM WIND EARLY THIS MORNING BECOMING LIGHT SOUTH BY LATE
MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP BY LATE THIS MORNING
BECOMING NUMEROUS THIS AFTERNOON. THERE COULD BE SOME PATCHY AND
SHALLOW EARLY THIS MORNING...THEN BURNING OFF BY 8 TO 9 AM.
