.DISCUSSION...A few showers and storms may brush the burn site
through the early afternoon hours, then most activity is expected
to remain north of the site through the afternoon. Additional
showers and storms may move across the sites overnight. Prevailing
light southeasterly winds are expected, though they may become
variable at times during the afternoon as seabreezes try to
develop. Dispersions will be fair at best, likely best late
morning into early afternoon before seabreezes disrupt the
prevailing winds. Similar conditions are expected again on Monday.
