.DISCUSSION...A SURFACE BOUNDARY STALLED NEAR THE COAST WILL ADVANCE
NORTHWARD AS A WARM FRONT THIS AFTERNOON BRINGING A RETURN OF LIGHT
SOUTHERLY WINDS. LOWEST AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL ONLY
DROP INTO THE MID 40S ACROSS THE BURN AREA TODAY...WITH A GOOD
AFTERNOON DISPERSION. ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONT APPROACHING FROM
THE NORTHWEST WILL MOVE INTO THE FORECAST AREA ON FRIDAY...AND THEN
STALL ALONG THE COAST FRIDAY NIGHT. THIS FRONT WILL ONLY RESULT IN
INCREASING CLOUDS AND A FEW LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT
THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

FOG POTENTIAL AND OTHER REMARKS...AREAS FOG ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
AGAIN LATE TONIGHT INTO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...WITH VISIBILITIES
BETWEEN 1 TO 3 MILES. LOCALLY DENSE FOG BELOW ONE-HALF MILE WILL BE
POSSIBLE.
