.DISCUSSION...Another hot and dry day can be expected today. One
difference from previous days, is the fire will see an increase in
winds out of the west-northwest sustained around 10-12 mph and
occasional gusts up to 15-18 mph, mainly after 1400 Local. RH
recoveries will continue to be fairly poor, with recoveries
remaining below 50 percent range. Tuesday will be similar to
today in terms of temperatures and RH values, though the wind
isn`t expected to be as high.
