.DISCUSSION...Little change tomorrow is expected on Friday, except
for a slight increase in temps. Clouds will increase in coverage
after noon. An unstable atmosphere will once again produce
scattered showers and thunderstorms. In fact a weak short wave
will move along the u.s Canadian border to boost the potential
for showers/storms.

* Sky/Weather.........Mostly cloudy. A chance of showers and
  thunderstorms in the afternoon.
* CWR (> 0.10 Inch)...20 percent.
* Max Temperature.....65-70. 5 degrees warmer
* Min Humidity........46-52% percent.
* Wind (20 ft)........Variable 2-4 mph.
* Mixing Height.......Less than 100 ft agl increasing to 7500 ft
  agl in the afternoon.
* Mixing Winds........Southeast 5 mph.
