RAINFALL LIKELY IN THE AFTN AND EVE.

DRY WEATHER RETURNS WEDNESDAY WITH A GUSTY NORTHWEST FLOW OF 15 TO
25 MPH AND GUSTS 30 TO 35 MPH. WINDS DIMINISH IN THE AFTERNOON AS
