.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE WILL BREAK DOWN OVER THE BURN AREA
TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY AS A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE PUSHES ACROSS THE
AREA.  EXPECT A SLIGHT CHANCE OF AFTERNOON SHOWERS TUESDAY...WITH
CHANCES INCREASING AFTER 5 PM.  WETTING RAIN PROBABILITIES WILL BE
VERY HIGH AFTER MIDNIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY...AS THE SYSTEM IS
EXPECTED TO HAVE SIGNIFICANT MOISTURE LINGER OVER THE CASCADES
THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON.  WINDS WILL BE MAINLY OUT OF THE SOUTH
AND WEST. HOWEVER...THERE IS A SLIGHT POSSIBILITY OF AN
