High pressure will extend along the East Coast today. The parent
high will drift offshore tonight and Wednesday, resulting a warm
moist southerly flow across central NC through Friday.

Surface based inversion will lift to or above 1000 FT AGL once the
temperature warms at or above 55 degrees.
