THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING AFTER 3 PM. TEMPERATURES NEAR 90 DEGREES
WILL YIELD MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES AROUND 40 PERCENT THIS
AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL REMAIN UNDER 10 MPH FOR THE MOST PART
TODAY...WITH POOR SMOKE DISPERSION THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON.
