SPOT FORECAST FOR LOWER EBBS WILDFIRE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SALT LAKE CITY UT
703 PM MDT WED JUL 27 2016

.DISCUSSION...HOT DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE AT THE FIRE SITE
THROUGH FRIDAY WITH VERY LOW AFTERNOON RH AND POOR OVERNIGHT
RECOVERIES. WINDS WILL BE TERRAIN DRIVEN WITH AFTERNOON WEST TO
SOUTHWEST WINDS OCCASIONALLY BECOMING GUSTY...AND LIGHTER EASTERLY
WINDS OVERNIGHT. MOISTURE WILL INCREASE SATURDAY BUT MOSTLY AT MID
AND UPPER LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE LEADING TO A CHANCE OF DRY
THUNDERSTORMS SATURDAY AFTERNOON WITH STRONG GUSTY WINDS...
LIGHTNING AND LITTLE RAIN. RH WILL START TO INCREASE SATURDAY WITH
SOMEWHAT BETTER OVERNIGHT RECOVERIES BY SATURDAY NIGHT BUT IT
LOOKS LIKE AFTERNOON RH WILL STAY MOSTLY IN THE TEENS THROUGH AT
LEAST MID WEEK WITH ANY STORMS THAT DEVELOP EACH DAY STAYING ON
THE DRY SIDE.

THE CHANCE OF WETTING RAIN ON THE FIRE FROM THESE STORMS WILL
STAY VERY LOW THROUGH MID WEEK. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT
MOISTURE WILL INCREASE ENOUGH TOWARDS THE END OF NEXT WEEK TO
IMPROVE THE CHANCE OF WETTING RAIN BUT CONFIDENCE IN THE FORECAST
THAT FAR OUT IS LOW.
