.DISCUSSION...North to northwest winds of 15 to 20 mph with gusts
to 25 mph will continue across the southern Black Hills early this
afternoon, gradually diminish to 10 to 15 mph late this
afternoon and evening. Winds will remain breezy in spots overnight
as another weak cold front moves through the area. There is small
chances for snow tonight, but little accumulation is expected.
North to northwest winds will become breezy again on Thursday, but
temperatures will only be in the 30s.
