.DISCUSSION...A low pressure system to the east and a high
pressure over the Pacific will keep a cool and dry northerly flow
aloft over the Sierra. Winds likely to be gusty Monday, primarily
through the late morning and early afternoon. Expect strong
northerly winds to persist through the night Monday, with
occasional gusts up to 20 mph possible. Dry flow aloft will also
keep skies clear.
