IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES...EAST OF LAKE
HURON...WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST TO LAKE ONTARIO BY TUESDAY
MORNING. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES TRAILING THIS LOW WILL
SLOWLY STRENGTHEN TO 30.4 INCHES AS IT MOVES ACROSS ONTARIO AND
INTO QUEBEC BY TUESDAY NIGHT. A RIDGE AXIS AVERAGING 30.3 INCHES
WILL EXTEND SOUTHWEST FROM THIS HIGH ACROSS THE WESTERN LAKES
TUESDAY THROUGH MUCH OF THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK WEEK.
