SETTLES OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. THIS HIGH WILL STRENGTHEN TO 30.2
INCHES AS IT DRIFTS TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES AND THE NEW ENGLAND
STATES THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES MOVING
OVER THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES FRIDAY WILL REACH HUDSON BAY BY FRIDAY
NIGHT...WHERE IT WILL REMAIN THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON. THIS WILL
BRING A BROAD TROUGH AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES OVER THE GREAT LAKES. THE
LOW OVER HUDSON BAY WILL SINK SOUTH OF JAMES BAY BY MONDAY
