IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO
WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. BY
WEDNESDAY EVENING...THE LOW WILL WEAKEN TO 29.7 INCHES...WHILE IT
EXITS INTO QUEBEC. A NARROW SURFACE RIDGE AROUND 29.8 INCHES WILL
THEN MOVE ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.
