THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NM AND TX.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP ACROSS THE ENTIRE BORDERLAND THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO
TONIGHT. PLENTY OF MOISTURE IS IN PLACE AND STORMS WILL BE MOVING
FAIRLY SLOWLY. THE MAIN THREAT WITH THESE STORMS WILL BE LOCALLY
HEAVY RAIN WITH ABOVE AN INCH OF RAIN FALLING OVER ISOLATED
LOCATIONS. THUS THERE WILL BE A RISK OF FLOODING...ESPECIALLY AROUND
RECENT BURN SCARS IN THE GILA REGION. DIME SIZE HAIL AND WIND GUSTS
TO 50 MPH WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER STORMS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

DEEP MOISTURE WILL CONTINUE TO BE IN PLACE FOR MUCH OF THE
UPCOMING WEEK WITH A DAILY CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.
THE MAIN THREATS FROM THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO BE HEAVY
RAIN...ESPECIALLY IF CERTAIN AREAS RECEIVE SEVERAL CONSECUTIVE
DAYS OF RAIN. SMALL HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS ARE ALSO LIKELY WITH
STORMS EACH DAY. THE BEST CHANCE FOR THE STRONGEST STORMS LOOKS TO
BE WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES DOWN
FROM THE NORTHWEST WHILE A WEAK FRONT ENTERS THE REGION.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTERS SHOULD REPORT ANY OBSERVED HAZARDOUS WEATHER OR FLOODING
TO THIS OFFICE AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT.
