THE COMBINATION OF STRONG WINDS...LOW HUMIDITY VALUES...AND
TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 80S TO LOWER 90S WILL LEAD TO CRITICAL
FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON. A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN
EFFECT.

THERE IS A MARGINAL RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS LATE THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE
POSSIBLE ALONG A COLD FRONT. THESE STORMS MAY BRING GUSTY WINDS.
