AT 1116 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 11
MILES WEST OF CRANSTON TO 13 MILES WEST OF WATCH HILL TO 40 MILES
WEST OF WESTERLY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 KNOTS.
