...WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORMS AND HEAVY SHOWERS CONTINUE...

A VERY MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIR MASS WILL ENCOURAGE POWERFUL
THUNDERSTORMS AND HEAVY SHOWERS ACROSS MOST OF THE COASTAL WATERS
TODAY. FREQUENT DEADLY LIGHTNING...POOR VISIBILITY...AND HEAVY
RAIN ARE EXPECTED TO BE THE MAIN HAZARDS FOR MARINERS...BUT
WATERSPOUTS...STRONG WINDS...AND LARGE HAIL CANNOT BE RULED OUT.

IF CAUGHT ON THE OPEN WATER DURING A THUNDERSTORM...STAY BELOW
DECK. THUNDERSTORMS ALSO CAN PRODUCE SUDDEN WATERSPOUTS...WHICH
CAN EASILY OVERTURN SMALL VESSELS AND CREATE LOCALLY DANGEROUS SEAS.
