...COLD FRONT MOVING SOUTHEASTWARD THROUGH KEYS WATERS...

AT 830 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS OBSERVED A WIND
SURGE BOUNDARY...ASSOCIATED WITH A COLD FRONT...FROM HIGHLAND POINT TO
KEY WEST...AND CONTINUING INTO THE OUTER STRAITS SOUTH OF REBECCA
SHOAL. THIS BOUNDARY IS MOVING SOUTHEASTWARD AT 15 TO 20 KNOTS.

AS THIS BOUNDARY MOVES THROUGH...MARINERS CAN EXPECT WINDS TO SHIFT
NORTHWEST WITH...GUSTS NEAR 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY ROUGH SEAS...AND
MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN. THIS BOUNDARY WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE THROUGH
THE NEARSHORE WATERS OF THE LOWER KEYS...THEN ARRIVE AT MARATHON AFTER
1000 AM...AND THE UPPER KEYS AROUND 1100 AM.
