AT 952 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 7 NM SOUTHWEST OF MONITOR MARINE SANCTUARY...MOVING NORTHEAST
AT 20 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
MONITOR MARINE SANCTUARY AND DIAMOND SHOALS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
