LIBERTY SHIP REEF...OR 10 NM SOUTH OF DESTIN...MOVING WEST AT 15
KNOTS.

THIS STORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

THE PRIMARY THREATS FROM THIS STORM ARE WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 KNOTS...
LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD CONSIDER
SEEKING SAFE HARBOR UNTIL THIS STORM HAS PASSED.
