AT 445 PM AST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS WITH EMBEDDED
THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL..OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING AND
BRIEF STRONG GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS ACROSS MOST OF REGIONAL
WATERS. THE STRONGEST STORMS ARE MOVING WESTWARD OVER THE OFFSHORE
ATLANTIC AND CARIBBEAN WATERS. THEREFORE...BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.

ISOLATED WATERSPOUTS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM
ACTIVITY. WATERSPOUTS CAN EASILY OVERTURN BOATS AND CREATE LOCALLY
HAZARDOUS SEAS. SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY.
